You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the internal IT environment. This includes both operational support and building scalable, automated solutions.

You’ll work closely with experienced Cloud and Platform Engineers, allowing you to develop toward a more architectural role over time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune)
• Supporting internal users and resolving technical issues
• Managing Windows and macOS devices across the organization
• Automating repetitive tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Improving access management, security models, and permissions
• Contributing to internal tooling and self-service solutions
• Collaborating on cloud and platform-related projects (AWS, Azure, CI/CD)

This role is designed as a stepping stone toward Platform Engineering and Cloud Architecture. You will: - Grow from operational work into system design - Work with modern tooling across AWS, Azure, and GCP - Learn from senior engineers within the team - Develop strong automation and infrastructure skills - Gain experience with CI/CD and platform engineering concepts

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system engineering, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
• Experience managing Windows and/or macOS environments
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Understanding of IAM, permissions, and security principles
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and basic networking
• Experience with Git or CI/CD is a plus
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English (Dutch is not required)
